Sandnes Garn Mandarin Petit is the thinnest cotton yarn from Sandnes Garn.   The yarn is 100% plant-based. Cotton has the property of easily absorbing moisture, which is why it is ideal for making shawls and summer clothing. Cotton doesn't scratch, making it a good choice for anyone who finds pure wool uncomfortable.   It is recommended that all hand knitted garments be washed separately for the most gentle treatment. The tear strength of wet cotton increases, allowing hand-knitted cotton items to be washed at higher temperatures. Spin gently and dry the garment flat, preferably on a towel.
